During the start up meeting, we will discuss several options with your staff. Having UNIFIED ACCELERATED LEASING on site gives you the perfect opportunity to redirect some of their efforts into other areas. You can have your team focus on resident retention, maintenance, training, additional marketing, etc. while we concentrate on leasing. - How is Mutiple Traffic Handled?
This question is one of the most frequently asked questions. In accordance with our contract, the UNIFIED ACCELERATED LEASING Specialist is responsible for taking all phone calls and all walk in traffic related to leasing. If a call or walk in occurs which is management related or vendor related, the UNIFIED ACCELERATED LEASING Specialist will immediately pass it on to the appropriate onsite staff member. Our Leasing Specialists are specifically trained to handle multiple traffic situations. However, there are properties where the traffic flow is so heavy that we may need to employ a multi-tiered approach to ensure that the prospect is handled effectively and with professionalism. We review this approach during the start up meeting and give your staff several professional stall techniques to move the prospect along in the selling process. In rare occasions we will send a second Leasing Specialist if traffic warrants it. - Who approves applications?
You have 100% control over the approval process. During our Start-Up meeting, we familiarize ourselves with your specific approval guidelines and qualifying criteria. We work diligently to provide you with applications that we believe meet your rental criteria. This process allows you to make the final decision on each potential lease. In addition, your staff will begin to build the relationship with your new resident.
